Here are some Dragon Boat Festival traditions and customs:

1.Dragon Boat Races: In some cities will organize this rece, teams paddle vibrantly decorated boats to rhythmic drumming, reenacting the rescue of Qu Yuan. This thrilling sport is now a global phenomenon.

2. Zongzi: Pyramid-shaped dumplings of glutinous rice, wrapped in bamboo leaves and filled with sweet (red bean, dates) or savory (pork, egg yolk) ingredients.

3. Hanging Herbs: People hang mugwort and calamus on doors to repel insects and evil spirits.

4. Five-Colored Threads: Children wear bracelets of red, blue, yellow, white, and black threads for protection.

5. Realgar Wine: Adults drink wine flavored with realgar (a mineral) to deter pests, though modern health awareness has reduced this practice.
