YUHONG GROUP Orders ASTM B111 C12200 DHP Phosphorized Copper Seamless Condensers Tubes

YUHONG GROUP new order  of material DHP phosphorized copper C12200 seamless tubes for condensers. Element ≥ 99.9% Copper (Cu) and  0.015–0.040% Phosphorus (P)(added as a deoxidizer). 

Below are advantages of C12200 seamless tubes.

C12200 tubes have excellent weldability & brazability: Phosphorus acts as a deoxidizer, reducing oxygen content and preventing embrittlement during welding or brazing. And better than oxygen-bearing coppers (like C10200) which can suffer from hydrogen embrittlement.

C12200 tubes have superior corrosion resistance and high pressure & temperature resistance: Can resist scaling and oxidation in steam and hot water applications, what's more, performs well in freshwater, mild chemicals, and some industrial environments. Can maintain strength at elevated temperatures (up to ~200°C / 392°F) and withstands high-pressure applications.

C12200 tubes have high thermal conductivity and good formability & ductility: With excellent heat transfer properties (~90% IACS), making it ideal for heat exchangers, condensers, and radiators.Can easily bent, flared, and expanded without cracking (especially in annealed temper).

C12200 copper tubes are a cost-effective choice for seawater condensers in mild or controlled environments.
